States are fighting back.🗽Here in New York, Governor Hochul and the NYC MTA have vowed to fight back against Trump’s ridiculous announcement that he’s scotched the city’s long-awaited congestion pricing that has already proven to improve air quality, reduce traffic, and provide much-needed revenue. “We are a nation of laws, not ruled by a king,” said Hochul. And in Maine, Governor Janet Mills also told Trump where he can stick it after he threatened to strip the state of all federal funding if it continues to allow transgender athletes to play in girls and women’s sports. Spring may be on the horizon but winter is still with us so warm and hearty is the order of the day. These healthy rice bowls are deliciously satisfying — savory, sweet, a little bit spicy (thank you, ginger and sriracha) with that wonderful umami that miso brings to the equation.
